Vaccinations Worksheet

There are five Source Resonances in the Releasing Vaccinations Set which is designed to address all the adverse effects of childhood vaccinations, based on the standard USA and UK vaccination protocols. There are clearly benefits and downsides to vaccination and there are many books available on this subject so it is not being discussed in depth here.

Read through the descriptions below and select the ones that seem most relevant to you. You may find it helpful to speak to parents or others who knew you as a child.

If you are receiving Programme Support your practitioner will assist you with selecting the appropriate resonances.

We recommend that you use at least two Resonances from this set, one at a time and in their set order, and including number five which is relevant to everyone. Take note of any symptoms like fever or discharge as this may be an indication of releasing the effects of vaccination.

SR Releasing Vaccinations 1 - Supporting balancing and evolving through all the febrile and allergic disturbances of vaccinations.

Start with this Resonance if your body does not know how to make a fever, or if you tend to have low-grade, protracted infections without being able to spike a fever and throw off the infection. Also indicated for people who were routinely given aspirin, paracetamol, calpol etc (or herbal remedies) to suppress fevers as a child, or who rely on these as an adult. This Resonance may be relevant for people with allergies or epilepsy, which can be precipitated by the effects of vaccinations.

If using one of these Resonances brings on a fever it is important not to suppress it with medication or herbal remedies as a good fever is an essential component of a well functioning immune system (see Parents.com website for more information) and suppression of fevers following vaccinations is often a crucial element in the damage associated with vaccinations.

Exercises:

The psychological parallel here may be in how we suppress our feelings. What feelings are you comfortable with and which ones do you avoid - in yourself and others? Joy, anger, fear, peacefulness, love, sadness, grief? Follow this link to a list of feelings and write down the ones that you find particularly difficult to connect with: Feelings List.

Choose one feeling from your list and, thinking back over the past few weeks, identify a situation where you may have been feeling this underneath what you were aware of at the time. Replay the memory and allow yourself to connect with this feeling. What is it like to allow yourself to do this?

SR Releasing Vaccinations 2 - Supporting evolving through all the effects of infectious diseases and contaminants from vaccinations.

When the body has not been able to fully process the infections introduced through vaccination there can be persistent residual effects such as:

This Resonance may bring on discharges, for instance sweat, fever, stools changes etc. This is a normal and helpful part of the releasing process.

Exercise:

One way to support the cleansing process of using this resonance is to reflect that in your outer environment. Consider what area of your home or work environment you would like to sort through or clean, perhaps letting go of things you no longer ‘know to be useful or believe to be beautiful’. Another phrase that is often used when space-clearing is ‘a place for everything, and everything in its place’. Choose one small, achievable step to take – clearing or cleaning one shelf or surface, or just one item – but make it something where your energy lifts and you think ‘Yes, I can do that’. And celebrate any steps you take to cleanse your outer environment.

SR Releasing Vaccinations 3 - Supporting evolving through all the effects of brain inflammation and trauma (mania, autism, learning problems) induced by vaccinations.

Use this where there is a childhood history of restlessness, aggression, head banging, night fears, learning and behaviour difficulties or prolonged fevers. Also relevant where there is epilepsy, autism, insomnia or strokes, or a psychological picture of inflexibility and exceptional single-mindedness.

This Resonance may bring on discharges, for instance sweat, fever, stools changes etc. This is a normal and helpful part of the releasing and healing process.

Exercise:

If you have a pattern of aggression or acting out of strong feelings, follow this link for tips to consider: Anger Management, and learn more about anger here: Emotional Health.

It may be that instead you have buried your anger and learning to feel it more fully would help. If so, follow this link: Mindful Anger.

SR Releasing Vaccinations 4 - Releasing all impediments to brain development induced by vaccinations.

Use this Resonance where there is a history of delayed development following vaccination, or where intellectual development hasn’t reached the level that would be expected within the family.
There may be emotional immaturity or disconnection, or right/left brain imbalance (mathematics vs empathy).

Exercise:

There are many exercises available for developing right/left brain integration, designed to help with using creative and logical thinking together. You may find this YouTube video series helpful: Left Brain, Right Brain Exercises.

SR Releasing Vaccinations 5 - Supporting evolving through all the adverse effects of vaccinations.

This Resonance is relevant to everyone, and will fine-tune anything missed with the above Resonances. It is also to support the assimilation of all the benefits of infectious diseases and the evolutionary information infectious disease has to offer the individual.

Psychological impact

Vaccinations are generally injected into the body thus bypassing the natural boundaries and defences, although paradoxically intended to support the body’s self-protection. On a psychological level this is an invasion of the self and potentially profoundly disempowering. Vaccination is often followed up with medication to suppress any fever that the body creates as a healthy response to the vaccination. This whole process may be additionally disturbing and confusing as it is done with the stated intention of caring and protecting, and subtle double messages of this kind can affect us in deep, unconscious ways.

Exercises:

Reflect on the ways in which you hold your psychological space around others. Are you able to express what matters to you clearly or do you silence yourself, suppressing your inner awareness? Are there things that are deeply important to you that you have been avoiding saying to someone? What would it be like to honour this voice more?

Daily practice: Sometimes we allow others to make decisions for us, or we go along with them even if we don’t agree, handing over responsibility for ourselves and our actions. As this can often be sub-conscious or semi-conscious, take a few minutes at the end of the day to re-play your interactions with others and ask within yourself how you really feel about what you have agreed to during the day.
